Welcome to my blog

So today I decided that it might be a good thing to have some space to put out there some of the ideas I have. Up till now I’ve generally been operating under the impression that no one would really care about what I had to say about food, but I recently reviewed a restaurant for the school paper (see the Blogroll section of my home page for the link) and although the editors did a botch job on the article itself, I got a lot of positive feedback from my friends and family. This has made me reconsider that I might want to have a space where I can jot down the thoughts and ideas I have relating mostly to food, cause face it, that’s what occupies my mind most of the time.

It is my goal to only write when I feel inspired to do so and hopefully thus to not have this turn into a task rather than a way to work out ideas and express some of the deep-seeded thoughts and feelings that I have in regards to food. I may not be the most eloquent of writers, but I do believe that I have strong emotional ties to many of the things that I want to write about, so I hope they will be enjoyable to anyone who might choose to read them.
